Diaper bag organization gets a fashion forward facelift

Long before Cool Mom Picks, I was a big fan of diaper bags that made a statement beyond "I wipe poopy butts all day long." But after treating myself to something pretty, I soon discovered pretty didn't necessarily keep me any more organized. Fast-forward six years, and I've found SoYoung Mother (now SoYoung) makers of a diaper bag that not only looks fabulous, but was designed entirely with organization in mind.  Created by Catherine SoYoung Choi, these bags feature a shallow bottom and clear and mesh pockets to make it much easier to find whatever binkie or saltine packet you're frantically looking for.  I especially love the insulated cooler, an ideal place to stash tubs of food, utensils, bibs and bottles all in one place. Of course, all of this organization wouldn't be enough to convince me if if the bag looked like something the hospital gave out for free. With chocolate brown or cherry red microsuede and a smart, tailored design that accommodates most laptops, I expect I'll still be carrying this bag even when my youngest is out of diapers.
