My daughter's favorite word these days seems to be "layers." The soft (soooo soft) cotton-spandex fabric makes the jacket casual enough to throw on over jeans and a tee, but the styling with the flouncy sleeves and big faux-glass buttons make it adorably girlie. While you can absolutely toss it in the washer and dryer, if the white scares you - which it probably should - don't worry. There's a gray one too that's awfully cute.
