Just say Yo

I think holiday ornaments always make a cool little gift, especially when you (or the kids) have made them yourself. And the YoYo ornament kit at Mahar Dry Goods, is hooking you up this year with the happiest, most colorful decorations around.

YoYo is actually the quilter's term for those little fabric circles which are turned into rosettes, and in fact artist Jenny Krauss has garnered more than a few fans (including CMP) with her popular YoYo dolls for babies. But here she takes some of these pretty pre-cut fabric pieces, packages them in a sweet fabric bag together with buttons, cord and instructions, and the rest is in your hands.

You'll end up with three different ornaments, each of which is way more impressive than a  snowflake cut out of the paper stolen from the computer printer. You could also give the kit as a whole to a crafty friend.
