Cuteness for a cause
It's clear we love bombarding you with ideas for adorable gifts that give back--but because we're picky, we look for the kind of stuff that's not just cool because it helps someone, but it's cool in itself. Well we love the idea that shopping for worthy causes can continue even past the holidays.

So we're thrilled to see that one of our favorite little online shops, Happy Chickadee has pledged to donate 100% of sales-- that's every single cent of sales, not just profits-- to One Day's Wages, for all sales made through January 5. One Day's Wages is a  grassroots organization devoted to alleviating global poverty by supporting sustainable relief and awareness in developing regions. The idea is that if everyone donated one day's wages to the cause, they could dramatically impact the lives of those who are suffering.

But Happy Chickadee is donating much more than that-- five full days of sales, excluding furniture and shipping.

Check around the site for lots of cute clothing, accessories and decor for little girls, right through to age 12. And if you don't see exactly what you want or need, or if you have gifts to buy down the road, you can always go for a gift certificate.

Shopping for a cause has never been so sweet.~Delilah

Shop Happy Chickadee by January 5 and know that 100% of the sales price is going to a great cause.
