Charity begins in your t-shirt drawer
We love finding ways to make our purchasing dollars do good in the world. Now we have another one to add to the list, along with Tiny Revolutionary,  Jedidiah, and do-gooder deal site Pure Citizen.
Welcome, Sevenly!
Each week, Sevenly sells one gorgeously hip and huggably soft t-shirt. And for each shirt sold, $7 goes directly to that week's charity. That's one design, seven days, seven dollars. Super easy, and super effective.
They've already donated more than $171,000 to charities like Drop in the Bucket, War Child, Water.org, and CURE Childhood Cancer. And the shirts are fair-trade, American-made, cozy-soft 100% ringspun cotton with artisan-designed, top of the line screen printing, so you can be sure that you'll actually wear them.
Much like our pals at TOMS shoes, we love the easy transparency of Sevenly's charitable model. As a for-profit company, the $7 per shirt ensures that they're giving away more than 30% of their profits. And we get a nice t-shirt too. ~Delilah
Buy the shirt of the week at Sevenly. They're available in three colors and five sizes for men or women.

Eyewear that brings life to the party

At some point, most of us have accepted an inconvenient truth: reading glasses are now part of the outfit. They live on the nightstand, in the kitchen, next to the computer, and somehow always disappear precisely when we need them. But d…
