Crayola dress for Bloomingdale's by Rebecca Minkoff
While my daughters love taking their Crayola crayons to paper and whipping up their dream wardrobes, I think they'd flip over these top designers who each turned actual crayons into life-size dresses for the new Bloomingdale's NY windows. It's like a Project Runway assignment, only created by established designers like Nanette Lepore, Rebecca Minkoff, Rebecca Taylor, Clover Canyon, and Ronny Kobo, and without some crazy rules like, and you have to do it using only one hand, in 45 minutes, without wearing pants. Now make it work! Just take a look at Matthew Carasella's photos of the windows. Wow.  I hope it's seriously air conditioned behind that glass.

I think someone is trying to tell us that "color is in for spring." How about you? The designer Crayola dresses  currently on display at the flagship Bloomingdale's store in NYC if you want to gawk in person. [h/t laughing squid, instyle. All photos:Matthew Carasella
