Shopping for my tween niece can be hard. She's not a little girl any more, but she's not fully a teenager either. She wants cool stuff that's still sweet and cute. And she's going to love making her own jewelry and lampshades and plush donuts.

I think the reason these will be such a big hit with tweens is that they're making something they can actually use in their rooms or wear, like that awesome glitter brooch at top.
