I cannot believe how inexpensive this cute crossbody fringe bag by Twig and Arrow is. It's simple and minimalist, and a perfect way to get in on the trend without spending a fortune. Of course, it's fake leather, but it's gotten pretty good ratings from the people who've bought it on Amazon. For this price, it's definitely worth trying. (on sale for $14, Amazon)
Picking the right color leather is important when you're choosing your look with fringe. This black Lucyy Fringe Tote by Steve Madden has a decidedly cool rocker vibe, while the cognac leather version of the same bag looks much more boho chic. This fringe tote bag at Madewell gives off a cool bohemian vibe. The bag is made well (ha) in that the handle is long enough to slide over your shoulder but short enough to carry as a tote too. And I love that there's a pocket for your phone and wallet, because I hate digging through a deep bag for the essentials. ($178, Madewell) For a (cough) slightly less expensive interpretation of the knock-out Christian Louboutin bag below, I love this Rebecca Minkoff Moto Hobo Shoulder Bag. The zipper detail on the front is cool but also practical -- the perfect place to store keys for quick access. (on sale for $270, Amazon) This fringe bucket bag from Frye pairs perfectly with cowboy boots or moto boots, whichever style fits you better. It's available in a few other colors and in a variety of prices, but I have my eye on this cognac or the plum leather (shown at the very top). Ooh, so gorgeous. This Loeffler Randall tasseled python-effect bucket bag is absolutely stunning. It's modern and chic without being stuffy, and even though it's very on trend right now, I think this one is a true classic you can carry with you for years. ($550, Net-a-Porter) The Eloise shoulder bag by Christian Louboutin is edgy and feminine and chic and amazing. And...expensive (gulp). But we couldn't resist including it here. The interior is lined in beautiful signature Louboutin red suede. This is definitely not one to toss your kid's sippy cup into.
