4. Never give two medicines at the same time that contain the same active ingredient.
5. Always speak with your doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare provider if you have any questions or concerns.
In a recent study,
KnowYourOTCs.org discovered that one in four parents of young children don’t believe OTC medicines are strong enough to require precise dosing and one in five parents of young children believe using a household spoon is okay for measuring OTC medicines. So, before you give your child OTC medicines this cold and flu season, be precise with the right device.
